We all hope that we never have to make an insurance claim. Unfortunately, when we do it usually follows an event which is in itself traumatic. Add to this the fact that commercial insurance claims have become more technical, complex and time consuming and the prospect of making a claim can be very daunting.
At these times we understand the need to provide you with a quick and competent service to guide you through this process. We act solely on behalf of our clients and in this we will liaise with loss adjusters, surveyors, engineers and contractors in order both to mitigate and manage your loss and negotiate a speedy and satisfactory settlement.
As well as supporting our clients through these difficult times and assisting them in returning to business as usual, the experience in our team and the technology at our disposal help us to identify and report on patterns and trends. This information is shared with our clients and with their account executives and managers to help with future risk management and insurance programme planning.
